Meredith showed great customer service throughout the entire process. She stayed on top of everything that was needed and made sure the process was smooth. She constantly communicated with us and made sure all of our questions were answered. She made sure the loan was processed quickly to get us closed sooner than expected. Great overall team and we appreciate their hardwork and diligence. We will use them in any future loans we need and will recommend them to anyone in need.

From the very first conversation, Meredith clearly explained the loan approval process, the information needed, the timeline and the steps in the closing. By getting a pre-approval, I was able to make a purchase decision with high confidence that the loan would be approved. Meredith and her team were very responsive to my questions and we worked together on a timeline to get the loan to the underwriter before I left on a trip.
